Calling all Head teachers, Deputy Head Teachers, Business Managers and Chair of Governors, let us help you shape your vision for 2020.

Following the publication, and implementation of the new funding formula,  we invite you to join us to learn about  initiatives and recommendations for making your  budget work smarter in school and find out how to implement new strategies to provide effective provisions to ultimately benefit and enhance pupil outcomes.

We have secured 2 Keynote speakers whose primary business is to support schools with access to funding along with the all important health and wellbeing agenda.

Rachel Gordon has been helping schools find and apply for grants for over 8 years. She heads up the School Funding Service which provides grants and bid writing expertise for schools across the UK. She has helped schools secure funding for a wide range of projects, from playgrounds and sports equipment, to after-school clubs and extended services. Rachel has delivered fundraising workshops across the country at education conferences including EdExec Live and the School Finance Conference. She has also written articles for Ed Exec, Headteacher Update, SecEd and Innovate My School

Caroline Sidell is the MD of ViaVita – a corporate health and wellbeing company who consult, design, create and deliver health and wellbeing programmes both online (white-labelled Wellbeing Web Platform and App) and onsite for companies, schools, colleges & universities. They run a number of Directors, Managers and targeted employee, students & parent health, wellbeing, safety, stress, resilience, time management and nutrition workshops, one-to-one sessions and wellbeing clinics, events, training, corporate screening (including MI data), engagement strategies and a completely bespoke programme based on requirements.

Caroline was awarded the prestigious Sunday Times PE Teacher of the Year award in 2009, having previously won a National Wellness Challenge and is currently an Ambassador for the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust. She presented for London 2012 all over the UK and was Guard of Honour at the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games. She still carries out a number of roles for the Olympic Association and is Head of Wellbeing for all National Schools.

Our facilitator for the day will be the ORRsome Rachel Orr:

Rachel is a Primary Headteacher in the North East of England. With over 20 years’ teaching  experience working in a range of primary schools, Rachel has significant experience of curriculum structure, planning, organisation and delivery. She has led sessions on English, Maths, IT, Assessment, and Creativity in the Curriculum, as well as using an investigative, questioning, skills-based approach.

We also have a range of innovative business that you will meet on the day, all of which have been invited to the conference as we feel they can add great value to your school.
