Simon Gee, our recruitment manager here at Keep Active, is going to be running the Great North Run this year and has decided that he would like to support the Essence service with any relevant sponsorship money he receives.  After a dementia diagnosis, The Essence Service is the first port of call for people in Sunderland who have recently been diagnosed with dementia, and those who care for them.  Anthony Gonzalez from The Essence Service, Sunderland was delighted and agreed that they would be happy for us to raise funds and awareness for this valuable cause.
